Colin Lightbody spent 20 years in the Chrysler organization (most recently Fiat Chysler Automobiles as Director - Labor Economics, People Analytics & Insights and Hourly Attendance) developing bargaining plans, preparing competitive analysis as well as labor contract negotiation strategies for national union contract negotiations in the U.S., Canada and Mexico. He was actively involved in the negotiation of numerous multi-billion dollar national labor agreements as well as many special agreements related to restructuring actions and the transfer of company retiree healthcare obligations to union-sponsored trusts.
As leader of the HR Analytics function at FCA, he directed numerous value-added, cross-functional projects with respect to both the hourly and salary workforce.
Mr. Lighbody is a professional accountant (CPA, CA) who holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Windsor and a Master of Business Administration degree from Wayne State University.
